A bronze coin of Perinthos (a city in the Propontis).
It dates to between AD 102 and 114. On the obverse
is depicted the head of the emperor Trajan facing
right with the inscription ΝΕΡ ΤΡΑΙΑΝΟC KAI CE ΓΕΡ
ΔΑΚ. On the reverse is depicted a lion-skin draped
over a club. In the inscription on this side is the
name of the ambassador ΕΠΙ ΙΟΥΟΥ ΚΕΛC ΠΡΕC ΠΕΡΙΝΘΙΩΝ
